Meet The Founder

I’m Kolawole Aremu, Founder of Realtify, a UK real estate company dedicated to unlocking value in underperforming properties and delivering high-return investment opportunities.

While my pipeline consistently generates profitable deals, I recognise the value of strategic partnerships. Therefore, I am seeking Joint Venture partners who are interested in co-investing to deliver these projects and benefit from the strong returns they generate.

Property has always been more than a career path for me—it has been a lifelong pursuit driven by passion, discipline, and vision. With a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Lagos, I laid a strong academic foundation early on, but I always knew my journey would extend far beyond the classroom.

To sharpen my skills, I completed a 10-month intensive property investing programme with Fortune Builders in the United States. There, I gained hands-on expertise in acquisition strategies, creative financing, project management, and exit strategies—practical tools that allowed me to move confidently from theory into real-world execution.

My first major milestones came in the U.S., where I successfully completed two property flips. Transforming neglected homes into modern, desirable spaces not only proved financially rewarding, but also reinforced my belief in the power of property to create both value and impact.

Relocating to the UK marked the next chapter of my journey. I founded Realtify with a clear mission: to identify undervalued properties, transform them through thoughtful design and renovation, and deliver outstanding results for both buyers and investors.

For me, property is not just about bricks and mortar—it’s about unlocking potential. I look beyond cracks in the walls or outdated layouts and envision what a home could become. Every project is more than a transaction; it is a step toward building a legacy of transformation and excellence.
